So we noticed a trend happing with music this fall— heartbreak! No matter where you're at with affairs of the heart, there is a song to help you through all stages of heart ache. We got you covered Tottie!

Gwen Stefani - Used To Love You
Besides her looking insanely beautiful in her latest video, Gwen Stefani lays her feeling out on her latest track. Gavin Rossdale really messed up!

Adele - Hello
A woman who needs no introduction came back to us with a major heartbreak anthem. Even celebs can't help but share their feelings about it. God bless this woman!

Oh Wonder - Without You
This duo got us questioning how we will ever be able to feel normal again. Their sweet melodies will help you figure it out.

Justin Bieber - Sorry
The Biebs delivers the apology you wish you got and deserved. This catchy song will have you dancing off your ex in no time.

Selena Gomez - Same Old Love
Once you've gotten over your latest heartbreak, you'll be determined to find that new love. We hear you Selena! (Sorry Biebs)

Did we miss any? What are your go to heart ache jams?

Seeing as we suffer from #cabinfever, we thought it would only be fitting we shared with you some of the creepy flicks that make us question why we love cabins in the woods so much! Slip into your cozy Hottotties, grab a friend, some snacks, a back up flashlight and press play to any of these creepy films (if you dare)!

Last Cabin To The Left (2009)
This 1972 remake will have you disgusted, scared and hoping revenge gets served!

Blair Witch Project (1999)
The low-budget cult classic will have you creeped out and maybe a little nauseous from all the handheld filming.

The Cabin in the Woods (2012)
Happy friends decide to take a little trip to the woods. Guess what happens next?

The Woods (2006)
A private all girls school in the woods, with some suspicious characters! Need we say more.

Straw Dogs (2011)
Besides starring major babes (James MarsdenAlexander Skarsgård and Kate Bosworth) this flick is a nail biting tale of love, lust and fear.

Cabin Fever (2002)
Despite staring Boy Meets World cutie Rider Strong (Sean), there is nothing cute about what goes on in this cabin.

The Evil Dead (1981)
This 80s slasher horror flick may seem cheesy but delivers on the blood and madness. Just watch the trailer and you'll see what we mean.

Wrong Turn (2003)
A group of people get stuck in the woods with some creepy looking cannibals. This movie is all kinds of Ew!

Friday The 13th (1980)
Welcome to camp Crystal Lake, come at your own risk! A definite must watch classic.

Exists (2014)
Basically Blair Witch Project 2.0. A bunch of friends go to a cabin and stuff goes down, weird stuff!

Happy Halloween Totties!

We were on a Spotify binge the other day and stumbled upon a magical band called Little May. This musical trio brought heaven to our ears for an entire afternoon. So much so that the clock struck 6 and we didn’t even notice!

Known for their dark tangle of raw lyrics, honest and haunting voices, Sydney-based band Little May just released a new single titled Home which we heart!

Home’ arrives as the first cut from their forthcoming debut album and captures an intensity now a solid trademark of Little May’s music.

Our personal favourite track?

Check them out here for tour dates and album news:

We’ve been scanning the internet for our favourite cover artists. Who doesn't like a good cover?! We’ve compiled a short list that we feel meet all of our acoustic needs.

Megan Davies

Her cover of One Direction’s “Steal my girl” with Landen Austin is as smooth and sweet as Mcdonald’s honey.

Daniela Andrade

Anyone who can make “Crazy’’ by Charles Barkley a sweet blissful melody is alright in our books. Plus she stares right into our soul in this video.

Lennon & Maisy

Just listen. These girls may be young, but they got pipes that will blow your mind. #boomclap

Boyce Avenue

In all honesty we’d be shocked if you didn't know this cover band Tottie. they sing better versions of most song originals. And they are brothers. So cute!

We'd love to hear some of your acoustic cover favs. Drop a comment!

There is no question , we love us some starbs. But there are those days where you cannot find a valid reason to leave the house. Even for coffee.

But it’s #PSL season you say? Have no fear , we have searched for the best recipe so you can make it from the comfort of your own hibernation cocoon. And it’s easy-peasy thanks to delicious recipe.

P.S.L - Known world wide as the abbreviation for Pumpkin Spice Late (Totties know)

How To Make a Pumpkin Spice Latte at Home

Makes 2 drinks

2 tablespoons canned pumpkin

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more to garnish

Freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract

2 cups whole milk

1 to 2 shots espresso, about 1/4 cup

1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped until firm peaks form

  1. Heat the pumpkin and spices: In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook the pumpkin with the pumpkin pie spice and a generous helping of black pepper for 2 minutes or until it's hot and smells cooked. Stir constantly.
  2. Stir in the sugar: Add the sugar and stir until the mixture looks like a bubbly thick syrup.
  3. Warm the milk: Whisk in the milk and vanilla extract. Warm gently over medium heat, watching carefully to make sure it doesn't boil over.
  4. Blend the milk: Carefully process the milk mixture with a hand blender or in a traditional blender (hold the lid down tightly with a thick wad of towels!) until frothy and blended.
  5. Mix the drinks: Make the espresso or coffee and divide between two mugs and add the frothed milk. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, or nutmeg if desired.

#imatottie Hottotties

We know you've thought about it has kept you up at night. We get it, and it’s something every gal should strive toward finding the answer to.

The answer is right there in the mirror. We know you like a great pair of leggings , otherwise you wouldn't be on this site. With soft leggings, comes tea , and with tea comes cute warmwear …

You get where we're going with this.

Being a tottie isn't so much being one, but FEELING like one.

The task at hand isn't really a task at all. Just be the warmest , coziest , snuggled up version of yourself and that’s it, you’re in for life #imatottie.

Now go on and watch some netflix. (And get some sleep)

Listen up ladies.

We found us the best marshmallow recipe you ever did taste.

We won’t lie. They are fluffy beyond belief and they lasted about 67 seconds before there were none left (We made 2 batches)

Those puppies didn’t stand a chance with us Tottie troopers.

2 tbsp. of powdered gelatin

1 cup cold water, divided

2 cups granulated sugar

½ cup powdered sugar

¼ tsp. salt

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1. In a small bowl, combine the gelatin and half of the water.

2. Take a cookie sheet or cutting board and cover it with a thin layer of the powdered sugar.

3. In a medium sauce pan, combine the granulated sugar and the remaining water and cook it over a medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.

4. Add in gelatin and bring the mixture to a boil over a medium high heat, then removing it from the burner.

5. Add in the salt and vanilla extract.

6. Transfer the mixture to a stand mixer and whisk it on low for 1-2 minutes. This is to cool the mixture as you should see a lot of steam exiting the mixing bowl.

7. Once the steam from the mixing bowl has subsided a bit, turn the speed up to full. Do this for about 10 minutes, or until the mixture has doubled in size. Once it is thick and creamy, you are done.

8. Pour the mixture into a non-stick 9x12 pan and let cool. Once cooled, cut the marshmallows into squares and dust with powdered sugar.

9. Drop those yummies into your favorite hot cocoa or eat them solo.
